Precautions for using the powder machine 1. For the safety of the user, the power supply must be grounded.
2. The pulverized material must be dry, and it is not suitable for processing Chinese medicines that are moist and fat.
3. The pulverized drug should not exceed half the capacity of the crushing tank.
4. Generally, the Chinese medicine is crushed in 1-2 minutes, and the hard medicine is crushed for 3 minutes.
5. This unit cannot be used continuously for a long time, and the time for each boot should not exceed 5 minutes. If the number of processing is large, it should be used at intervals to prevent the bearing from overheating and damage the motor.
6. Do not activate the switch when the top cover is open.
7. After long-term use, the carbon brushes and blades are severely worn and need to be replaced.
8. Always check the screw of the blade and it must be tightened.
