Therefore, growers have been forced to change their cultivation areas and cultivation facilities, and their input has increased. Production has seriously hampered the development of the edible fungus industry.
I. Reasons 1. Due to the cultivation of edible fungi for successive years, the facilities are polluted. 2. The mushroom shed is not completely disinfected and sterilized when it is used, especially when it is planted with edible fungus, the soil is not completely treated, the soil is borne by bacteria, the facilities in the shed of the mushroom shed, and the bacteria in the air, causing the disease and insect pests to occur seriously when the cultivars are used together. 3. The awareness of prevention is not strong. The occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests in the first and second years was relatively light and did not attract attention. Contaminated bacteria bags were not dealt with in time, and they were thrown everywhere to create conditions for the accumulation of pathogenic bacteria. Due to lax production management, disinfection did not occur. Thoroughly, pests enter the shed with culture materials, causing the "source of disease" to spread everywhere.
Second, prevention and control methods 1. Clean up the environment. Dumps, haystacks, garbage, etc. around the shed must be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized with carbendazim bactericide. 2. Shed disinfection. In the shed, potassium permanganate or quicklime shall be used for spraying or spreading. Walls, four sides, columns, vents, etc. shall also be sprayed with drugs for disinfection, leaving no dead ends. 3. Drying. After the fruiting process is over, the shade and the shed film are removed, and long-term sun exposure is used to kill pathogens in the shed.
