On the contrary, the incubation temperature is low, the embryo develops slowly and the incubation period extends. The death rate increases. If the temperature is as low as 24°C, all embryos die after 30 hours. The specific temperature should depend on the variety, egg weight, embryo age, growth conditions, temperature, and practical experience.
Artificial hatching usually has two modes: constant temperature incubation and variable temperature incubation.

Incubation at a variable temperature In a hatchery, only a single batch of hatched eggs can be incubated at a temperature that is required for each stage of the embryo. The incubation temperature is greatly affected by natural conditions such as the season and climate. Therefore, the temperature of the incubator should be higher when the indoor temperature is low, and the temperature of the incubator should be lower when the indoor temperature is high. In the late fall, winter and early spring temperatures should be kept at equilibrium, preferably maintained at 27 °C ~ 30 °C.
