The structural principle of intelligent float level transmitter

UQZ-17XS level transmitter consists of a magnetic float level sensor and a smart HART plate (current converter) in two parts, float and level changes in synchronization, the control reed pull off, so that the internal resistance of the sensor In a linear change, the converter converts the change in resistance into a 4~20mA standard current signal and superimposes the HART digital signal output.

Model parameters of intelligent float level transmitter

UQZ-17XS intelligent float liquid level transmitter uses magnetic float ball as the measuring component. Through the magnetic coupling action, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. The change of resistance is converted into 4~20mA standard current signal by intelligent converter , and superimposed. HART signal output or local liquid crystal display, can display the percentage of liquid level, 4~20mA current and liquid level value in the field. The remote control supply room can realize automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level. The meter is suitable for the sewage treatment in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry and pharmaceutical industries and the measurement of the liquid level in various atmospheric and pressure vessels, especially for the liquid level measurement of underground storage tanks and storage tanks.
