1. The thresher should be mounted on a thick and consistent wooden frame and securely fastened with screws. Before starting the machine, the bearing should be added with butter, check the inside of the machine for debris, and tighten the connecting bolts. Pull the pulley to hear if there is friction noise. If it should be overhauled, then drive and test it.

3. The amount of feed should be increased or decreased according to the dry and wet conditions of the crop and the length of the stem. If it is found that the broken rate is high, the gap between the roller and the concave plate should be increased, and the roller pulley should be replaced.

The crops should be fed one after the other. If a twisting rope occurs, stop the feed immediately and feed it after the gallows disappear. If a blockage occurs, stop it immediately to eliminate it.

4. It is forbidden to feed hard objects such as metal, tools, wooden blocks, stones, etc. into the machine to avoid damage to the machine and injury; after each operation, it is necessary to idle for a few minutes before stopping.

When used as a weed, remove the top cover, pull out the two hanging plates of the concave plate, pull one end of the concave plate out of the box about 50 mm, and press the hole to install the file, the direction of the knife edge should be the same, and then put it.
