ACA-IgG was 24.1%; lupus nephritis group was 25.0% and 21.2%, respectively; children with nephrotic syndrome group were 13.0% and 8.7%, respectively. The positive rate of ACA-IgM in HFRS group was significantly higher than that in control group, lupus nephritis group and children with nephrotic syndrome group (P<0.01), and the positive rate of ACA-IgG was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). And nephrotic syndrome group (P <0.05). Therefore, it can be seen that ACA may be involved in the immune pathogenesis of HFRS.
