In winter and spring, the indoor mushroom has good effect on soil cultivation

Pleurotus ostreatus has a delicious taste, a short production cycle, and is easy to cultivate. It is particularly popular in the Northeast, where the winter and spring seasons are cold and there is a lack of fresh vegetables. If you plant Pleurotus ostreatus indoors and supply the market, it is a good way to get rich. . However, indoor cultivation of mushroom, a prominent problem is the air temperature is not easy to grasp, easy to dry the surface of the culture material, affect the mushroom production, the author after repeated trials, that the effect of soil culture.

First, mushroom house selection. The mushroom house can be used for abandoned or temporarily unused houses (must be repainted with lime water), with heating and ventilation facilities. Set up the bed frame indoors, the bed frame distance is about 60cm, and the bottom layer is 20~30cm from the ground. Box or potted plants are also available. 10ml of formaldehyde and 5g of potassium permanganate are mixed and fumigated in every cubic meter of room.

Second, ingredients and sowing. Raw materials include sawdust, wheat straw, rice straw, corn cob, corn stalk, and soybean stalk, etc. It is also necessary to add some nutritive raw materials, prepare it in accordance with the general method, and conduct disinfection (generally, 1/800 more bacteria are added during the preparation of culture materials). Ling, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria.) Seeding can be used sowing or layer sowing, after the broadcast leveling slightly compacted, the material surface covered with a layer of paper, paper and then cover the plastic film to keep warm moisture. Sowing is broadcast from the upper bed frame and broadcasts layer by layer. The entire operation must be strictly disinfected.

Third, management. After the broadcast, the indoor temperature was kept at about 24 °C and the humidity was about 70%. Check the temperature of the material every day. If the temperature is higher than 25°C, the film should be opened and the air should be cooled. The bed temperature should try its best to maintain around 24°C. Wait until the mycelium grows to 2/3 of the culture material and cover the soil.

Fourth, cover soil. It is better to use peat soil as the cover soil. Peat-free soil can also be used as clay. The cover soil should be wet and the pH should be adjusted to 7 to 7.5 before it is applied to the material surface. Dry soil can also be covered directly and sprayed afterwards. Covering the thickness of 2 ~ 3cm is appropriate. After covering the soil, strengthen the management, keep the soil surface moist, increase ventilation, mushroom house temperature gradually reduced to 15 ~ 17 °C, humidity maintained at about 90%.

Fifth, fruiting and harvesting. After budding on the bed, remove the film, strengthen the ventilation and light, control the temperature, and keep the soil moist. Pleurotus ostreatus can be harvested when it grows, and ventilation should be opened when harvesting. After picking the mushrooms, the bed should be put in order, stop the water for 4~5 days, let the mycelium resume growth, and then spray water to keep the bed moist, about a week or so, you can grow mushroom buds. This is generally 3 batches of mushrooms.
