3, adjust the proportion of battery electrolyte. The specific gravity of the electrolyte was adjusted from 1.25 to 1.26 for summer use to 1.28 to 1.29. 4. Heat the water to warm the body before starting the engine. Use the method of heating water while putting water on the side until the body drain valve flows out of warm water. It is forbidden to bake the engine with an open flame and start without cooling water. After the engine is started, it is necessary to extend the warm-up time and add insulation curtains in front of the radiator to ensure that the operating water temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius or more. 5. After parking at night, when the water temperature drops to 50 degrees Celsius, open the drain valve, put a net cooling water, and use the crank to crank the crankshaft several times until no water flows out. Do not close the drain switch. Some of the pilots were able to save time by leaving the locomotive open after the water switch was turned on, often resulting in an accident that caused the body to clog and the cooling water was not released, causing the body to freeze.
