2.1 The anti-Hakone root medicine is irregular cylindrical, semi-cylindrical or piece-like, and the curved shape is not straight, such as the pig large intestine, which is 5-15 cm long and 2-5 cm in diameter. The surface is taupe, with long, lenticels with protrusions and a deep lateral groove at the bend. It is solid and heavy, with a flat cross section, grayish white and rich powder. The layer loop is obvious, the skin part and the wood part are clear, the wood part is mostly, and the sparse light brown radial texture is arranged. Weiqi, bitter taste.

3 Microscopic features

The parenchyma cells are filled with starch granules, and fine calcium oxalate crystals and short columnar crystals are visible.
3.2 Cross-cutting view of the roots of the golden flower vines, more than 10 columns of cork cells, slightly rectangular, tangentially elongated. The cortical parenchyma cells are irregular in shape, containing calcium oxalate small square crystals or short columnar crystals, and there are single or 2 to 4 clusters of stone cells scattered near the inside of the cork cells. The middle column occupies most of the roots and has a three-generation structure. Most of the abnormal vascular bundles with outer toughness are arranged in 2 to 4 concentric rings, and there are normal vascular bundles in the center. Most wood fibers and a few tracheids are located next to the xylem vessels. Arranged radially, the parenchyma cells contain most of the starch granules.
4 Infrared spectroscopy was used to identify the dry roots of the powder and the scented stalks, and the smashed 40 mesh sieves were respectively sifted on the NEXUS670 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer with the OMNI sampled accessories. The powder was directly measured. The result: FTIR in the powder defense There are absorption peaks at 3327, 2928, 1635, 1508, 1416, 1369, 1337, 1151, 1078, 1015, 933/cm; the FTIR of the head flower vine is 3334, 2971, 2922, 1653, 1407, 1338, 1242 There are absorption peaks at 1, 152, 1078, 1017, and 930/cm.
5 Discussion
5.1 The powder and the flower of the genus Stephania are plants of the genus Stephania, and the morphology of the stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of the aboveground parts are similar. The growing environment is often mixed, and many farmers have misplaced or intentionally mixed, and the larger ones are longitudinally cut into several flaps and dried, and the two are doped together. The acquisition department will be slightly sloppy.
5.2 The cross-sectional traits of the two plant roots are distinct from the tissue structure. The powder defense is a normal dicotyledonous root structure. The perimeter, cortex and middle column are clearly divided, forming a layer into a ring, phloem and xylem conduit. And the wood fiber bundles are arranged alternately in a radial shape; and the roots of the heads of the golden vines, in addition to the normal vascular bundles in the center of the middle column, there are several rounds of abnormal vascular bundles on the periphery. The starch granules, calcium oxalate crystals and stone cell shapes in the powders are similar and difficult to distinguish.
5.3 Since the two plants are of the same genus, although the chemical components are different, the main nucleus of the main chemical components is the same, so the FTIR absorption peak is relatively close. However, some differences can be found in the FTIR patterns of the two, especially the absorption shape of the stretching vibration region of the saturated c-H bond (about 2828/cm) is very different. In this area and at the 1241/cm position, the flower is vine. The absorption intensity is much stronger than that of powder. The absorption peak appeared at 1047/cm, and the powder peak appeared at 1416/cm. The absorption peak shape was different in the range of 1338/cm to 1416/cm. There is also a significant difference in the absorption of the fingerprint area between 1300 and 650/cm.
