Silver plate mushroom cultivation techniques

Silver oyster mushroom Basidiomycotina, streptococcus, Agaricaceae, cup genus. Mushroom cover dark gray, round as a silver plate, and get its name.

Biological characteristics

1. Nutrition. The hyphae decompose and utilize the stalk shell and organic matter of crops. The cultivation materials need to be dried and fermented, and then they are sterilized and inoculated to produce mushrooms in 35 to 45 days.
2. Temperature. Hyphae survival temperature 0 ~ 36 °C, fruiting temperature 22 ~ 36 °C.
3. Humidity. Culture material moisture content 65%. The humidity formed by the entity is 95%.
4. Lighting. No light is required during the mycelium culture stage, which promotes the formation of a strong base for strong light.
5. Ventilation. The mycelial culture stage was ventilated once every 3 to 5 days. Each ventilation was conducted for 0.5 hours. Ventilation should be enhanced when the primordium was formed. Ventilation was performed twice a day for 1 hour each time.
6. Acidity and alkalinity. PH plant 7~8.

Cultivation Techniques

1. Cultivation season. According to the requirements of mycelium growth and mushrooming temperature, the spring planting will be planted in mid-March, the fruiting will be from May to July, the autumn planting will be planted in July, and the mushrooming will be from September to October.
2. Cultivation materials formula. 1 78% of wood chips, 20% of bran, 2% of gypsum powder, and 65% of water content. 20% of the cotton shells, 38% of the old tubes after the edible fungus, and 2% of lime. The mixture was dried and mixed well, and the fermentation was carried out. The fermentation time was 5 days, and the stacking time was 2 days. The water content was adjusted to 65% so that the material temperature reached 50-60°C. (Formulation 1 is a clinker cultivation without alcohol treatment)
3. Bagging sterilization. Cultivation bag size 12240.04? Polyethylene film bag, maintained at 100°C for 8 hours under normal pressure sterilization, when the expected temperature dropped to 30°C, bacteria were inoculated and 35 bags per cultivar were planted.
4. Mycelium culture. The cultivated bags with the good bacteria were transferred to the cultivation pots of the outdoor shade, and the hyphae grew over 35 days.
5. Cover the earth. Organic-rich paddy soil should be selected, dried and mixed with 3% lime powder and sprayed with 1.5% formaldehyde aqueous solution to make the moisture content of the cover soil reach 20%, cover film 24 hours, cover soil thickness 1cm, cover film Moisturizing.
6. Mushroom management. When the mycelium reaches the soil cover surface, it should be immediately connected to the membrane ventilation. At this time, light stimulation is required to promote the formation of the primordium. After the primordium is formed, the space humidity is maintained at 85-95% to facilitate the normal growth of the fruit body.
7. Harvest timely. Silver oyster mushrooms grow from mushroom buds to harvest 5 to 7 days. When the cap is thick and tight, the pleated membrane has not yet been ruptured and opened in time. After harvesting the first tidal mushroom, debris should be removed to make up for the water content and raise the mushroom. Can receive 2 ~ 3 tide mushroom, bioconversion rate of 100%. Remove the basal mud from the silver broiled mushrooms and market them fresh mushrooms or processed into dried or salted products according to market demand.
