2. Experience a reasonable stocking density is conducive to improving the survival rate and yield of larvae. According to the trials of the crab breeding in the soil of the Dochi crab, it is appropriate to carry out the cultivation of the mud crab pond in the existing facility conditions. Generally, it is appropriate to stock 20,000 to 30,000 larvae per cubic meter of water. In addition, in larval rearing, maintaining a good quality of water to prevent sudden changes in the water environment is conducive to the promotion of larval clams and growth. When the larvae metamorphose to the big eye larvae after 3 to 4 days, in the cultivation pool in time to take additional attachments such as no knot net mesh, etc., can effectively prevent the mutual killing of crab seedlings, help to improve the survival rate.
