How to troubleshoot the "burner oil" failure

After the Taiwan W-100 Excavator was overhauled, the engine burned heavily. According to the machine operator, the total amount of 25 kilograms of engine oil was added in three shifts. This phenomenon did not occur before the overhaul. The same trouble was ruled out by the same manipulator.
Due to the overhaul of this locomotive, the pistons and piston rings of the cylinder liners were replaced. Theoretically speaking, it is unlikely that the piston rings will break off and break. There is no abnormality in the appearance of the locomotives, and there is indeed a burning from the smoke color and smoke odor. In the case of oil, when the first cylinder head of the grouped cylinder head was removed, it was found that there was drooling carbon black on the top of the piston of the first cylinder and the second cylinder was not. Open the inlet tube and find the tube there. Wet oil phenomenon, so as to judge the oil from the intake system, the remaining cylinder did not check again. From the structural point of view, the Shanghai W-100 excavator is equipped with a piston type air pump. The components such as the crank connecting rod and cylinder liner piston are lubricated by the oil in the main engine oil and flow back to the oil pan. The air pump intake system is Connected to the host air intake. Then how does the engine oil enter the main engine and it is burned? The engine operator knows that because of the damage of the crankshaft connecting rod of the air pump, the piston and other accessories used to compress the gas are removed when the fitting is not found. The airway is connected to one another through the air pump housing. As the main engine sucks in air while inhaling the engine oil, the engine oil is burned. The reason why the engine oil is not burned before the overhaul is because the compression ratio is not enough at that time, there is no power to suck the engine oil; after the overhaul, the first cylinder has a burner oil. This is because the cylinder is closest to the upper mouth of the air intake of the air pump, that is, the “oil passage”, and the burned oil first comes here. Because the air pump of this machine has stopped working, a plug was blocked by the temporary car to block the air intake of the air pump. The malfunction was eliminated and the locomotive worked normally.
