When using a friction wheel drive, the roller at the front end of the drum drives the drum rotation because it also acts as an active friction wheel. Therefore, under normal circumstances, no butter can be added, otherwise the power transmission will be affected. Only a small amount of oil can be added to the active roller when there is a loud noise from the friction drive.
2. Conveyor belt repairs and maintenance. During the operation, if there is unevenness in the conveyor belt of the upper leaf device, three pairs of support rollers can be used to adjust; when the conveyor belt has deviation or looseness, the upper and lower adjustment screws on both sides can be used to adjust, if the conveyor belt is too long, Can remove the belt connector, cut the appropriate length, then connect the connector, re-adjust
3. Maintenance after shutdown. Whenever the tea season ends, the machine should be thoroughly checked and repaired. Parts that wear exceed the limit should be promptly replaced. Inspection gaps and test adjustments must be made to the clearances of moving parts, and necessary repairs should be made to the damaged parts of the stove.
