I. Introduction

The automatic plastic bag sealing and cutting machine servo solution is a special servo control solution introduced by Stepping Technology for the domestic bag making machine. It has been successfully applied in a domestic bag making machine company and can be used on the cold cutting machine. The changes can be used on the hot cutting machine. The program uses Kinco servo motors, eView touch screen (or MD204L) and PLC. The high-speed start-stop performance of the servo is used for bag positioning, which simplifies the mechanical mechanism and solves the shortcomings of slow mechanical speed, low positioning accuracy, and waste of materials. The use of eView touch screen for statistics and monitoring of production, so that users can see the production status at a glance, convenient for customer use and maintenance. Stepping technology offers a variety of economical solutions for different customers.

Second process description

The whole bag making process is mainly divided into three parts: lifting knife, positioning, sealing and cutting. The sealing cutter is driven by the main motor to reduce the cycle of the lifting and sealing operations. The servo system drives the nip roller to position, and the color standard electric eye tracks the color standard.

1. System power-on First adjust the temperature meter, control the equipment to adjust the temperature of the sealing knife, so that the temperature of the sealing knife reaches the heat sealing needs, manually adjust the position of the mechanical connecting rod, etc., so that the cutting knife is aligned with the cutting position. According to the length of the bag produced, first adjust the frequency of the inverter at a lower frequency. If the produced bag is a colored mark, the color mark sensor should also be adjusted so that it can sense the change of the color mark and then placed 2 to 3 mm in front of the color mark.

2. The production step rotates the start switch, the frequency converter drives the motor to move, and the sealing cutter moves up and down with the mechanical link. As the sealing cutter is lifted up, the servo starts to drive the nip roller to position, and the positioning ends (if it is a color label bag) After the positioning starts, the color code is detected, the servo stops, and the positioning ends. The sealing and cutting knife performs the sealing and cutting action, and the electromagnet is punched up, and the complete bag making process is finished. If the color coded bag is made, the color mark is detected after the positioning starts, the servo stops, and the positioning ends.

Four system control principle

The system consists of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter and servo system and other control components. PLC controls the logic of the whole control system. The touch screen is connected with PLC to carry out the statistics of production related data. The inverter drives the main motor to drive and seal after deceleration. The knife reciprocates up and down, and the servo system performs material positioning.

Fully digitized speed and position control, and position, speed and torque limiting functions to monitor motor shorts, high voltage and temperature, encoder errors, excessive position tracking errors and motor overheating.

Speed ​​and position control with +/-10V 10-bit resolution analog, speed and position control with pulse and direction, master/slave can be used to drive up to 256 segments by driving the master encoder interface on the controller Control commands with speed, acceleration and position allow for the selection of different motion control programs with up to 8 digital inputs.

The speed relationship is relatively simple. The pulse frequency of the PLC is multiplied within the servo, that is, the servo will run at the rate of speed of the PLC transmission frequency. In addition, we limit the positioning of the PLC to a maximum frequency of 66.667K in the PLC, and about 200K after the servo multiplication. Observe the speed curve to achieve the desired effect.
