Jinbao Type II Feed Fermenting Agent (Preparation Method for Fermenting Agent Fermented Okara)

Jinbao Type II Feed Fermenting Agent (Preparation Method for Fermented Okara)
Soybean residue, also known as okara, is the by-product left after making tofu or soy milk. Although it contains valuable nutrients, it also has three major anti-nutritional factors: trypsin inhibitor, goitrogen, and prothrombin. These substances can interfere with the digestion of legume proteins in pigs, leading to digestive issues like diarrhea and reduced growth performance. To overcome this, using a high-quality feed fermenting agent is essential.
The Jinbao Type II starter is an effective solution. When used properly, it not only improves the digestibility of soybean residue but also enhances its feeding value. Many of our customers in Hefei have reported excellent results by using our Golden Baby Type II starter.
The preparation method is simple: mix 50% grass powder (or straw powder), 25% soybean residue, 25% wheat bran, and 2‰ of the Jinbao Type II starter. For better results, you can first ferment the grass powder with the Golden Baby Type VIII straw fermenting agent before adding it to the mixture. However, if you choose not to pre-ferment the grass powder, it’s recommended to reduce the amount to 30%, 25%, or 20%, depending on your specific needs.
This method not only makes the feed more nutritious but also helps improve animal health and performance. If you want more detailed instructions or have any questions, feel free to visit our website or contact us directly. We’re always here to help!
