Jinbao Type II Feed Fermenting Agent (Preparation Method for Fermenting Agent Fermented Okara)

Jinbao Type II Feed Fermenting Agent (Preparation Method for Fermented Okara)
Soybean residue, also known as okara, is a by-product of soy-based food production such as tofu and soy milk. Despite its high nutritional value, it contains several anti-nutritional factors, including trypsin inhibitor, goitrogen, and prothrombin, which can negatively impact animal digestion. These compounds may interfere with the digestive enzymes in pigs, leading to poor nutrient absorption, diarrhea, and reduced growth performance.
Using Jinbao Type II starter can significantly improve the quality of soybean residue. This fermentation agent not only reduces the need for cooking but also enhances the digestibility and overall feeding value of the material. Many of our customers in Hefei have reported excellent results after using our Golden Baby Type II starter.
The preparation method is straightforward: mix 50% grass powder (or straw powder), 25% soybean residue, 25% wheat bran, and 2‰ of the Jinbao Type II starter. If you choose to pre-ferment the grass powder with the Golden Baby Type VIII straw fermenting agent, you can then combine it with the rest of the ingredients. However, if you skip this step, it's recommended to reduce the grass powder content to 30%, 25%, or even 20%.
