Operating precautions for bubble cleaner equipment

1. First check whether the components of the equipment are in good condition. The pressure of the circulating water pump is adjusted differently to ensure the residence time of the material in the water to ensure more thorough cleaning of the material. Adjust the speed of the conveyor belt so that the material is sprayed again and cleaned, and then the water is filtered out during the conveying process; the material flows into the box through the conveyor belt for use.

2. During the use process, the filter should be cleaned regularly according to different materials, and cleaned and drained regularly; the water supply and spray water supply should be properly adjusted to make the cleaning more water-saving.

3. Conveyor belt drive reducer adopts adjustable speed structure. Users can adjust the transmission speed according to different materials to make the material secondary spray cleaning and water filtration more thorough to improve equipment utilization.
