He also said that risk monitoring will extend from the original provincial-level monitoring to provincial, county-to-county, and more extensive collection of risk monitoring data in order to make some predictions and judgments on the food safety situation. At the same time, some monitoring suggestions will be put forward in the area of ​​risk monitoring, which will play a more important role in improving standards and formulating scientific and reasonable supervision and management measures.
