1. Water source selection

Water disinfection. In general, chicken farms are disinfected with bleach. The active ingredients of bleaching powder are: sodium hypochlorite, calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide, and the active ingredient used in drinking water disinfection and bleaching powder is not less than 25%. Because bleaching powder is easy to decompose under sunshine, high temperature, and humidity, and the stability is poor, it is best to use the bleaching powder that has been shipped from the factory recently and has good sealing properties. Attention should be paid to storage and storage. Drinking water disinfected by disinfectants in chicken farms should not be used for attenuated live vaccines to immunize with water, so as not to affect the immune effect.
How to use: 1 Calculate the amount of water to be pumped each time. Calculate the amount of bleaching powder required for pumping. The use concentration is 810E-8. 2 Put a big bucket on the filter, open a small mouth at the bottom of the bucket, connect the small faucet, connect the faucet with a rubber hose, and open the outlet of the third filter tank with the rubber hose. 3 Addition: When the pumping water is added, the bleaching powder solution calculated according to the required pumping volume is added. After the mixing is uniform, the switch is opened so that the outlet of the third filter is uniformly dropped into the reservoir to achieve the purpose of disinfection.
3. Drinking water pipeline cleaning and disinfection
Now the chicken industry uses drinking water drinking water, drinking water is often put in additives, vitamins, etc., the formation of a layer of nutrient film inside the drinking water pipe, bacteria and other microorganisms can easily grow and reproduce, resulting in pollution of drinking water quality. Rinse immediately after medication, then soak disinfection with disinfectant. Method: After the drinking water pipe is rinsed clean, use the disinfectant that can disinfect with drinking water, put it into the water pipe with the concentration of drinking water after extinguishing the lights at night, and rinse it twice a month in the next morning.
4. Daily drinking water disinfection
Drinking water can be disinfected with compound quaternary ammonium salts or chlorine preparations, etc. Concentrations are to be used 3 times a month according to the instruction manuals for each type of product. Each request requires 2 to 3 hours in the morning, and then drink fresh water. When used, stir well and open the drinking water pipe to prevent poisoning.
Note: The disinfectant is now ready for use, and two different components of the disinfectant should not be mixed at the same time; the disinfectant should be used alternately; the vaccine should not be used for 3 days before or after the attenuated live vaccine.
5. Other measures to improve water quality
The water tower and the filter tank shall be cleaned at least twice a month. The gravel and sand in the filter tank shall be washed with water repeatedly. The activated carbon shall be replaced every 3 months.
Medication vitamins, drugs as much as possible mix, reduce drinking water feeding, rinse drinking water pipes in order to reduce pollution.
The pen and the pond shall be fenced, and wells and pools shall be capped to prevent contamination, birds, rats, wild beasts and other nearby water sources from causing pollution, so as to reduce the entry and contamination of pathogenic microorganisms.
