First, familiar with the instructions
Before use, familiarize yourself with the instruction manual, keep in mind the safety precautions in the manual, master the installation, adjustment, operation, and maintenance methods, and understand the applicable range and the technical parameters such as the matching power and spindle speed.
Second, installation and adjustment requirements
1, rake should be placed or fixed on a solid, flat foundation. The workplace should be spacious and equipped with fire prevention measures.
2, in strict accordance with the specification of the matching power and speed matching motor. The power line should use copper conductors of not less than 6 mm2. The current value carried by the switches, sockets, plugs, etc., shall not be less than the nominal current of the motor (specifically, the instructions of the motor shall be followed). The power switch should be installed within the operator's range of motion. The operator should not exceed 3 meters in general and there should be no other obstacles between them.
3, try to use the belt pulley with the rake. It is not allowed to change the size of the pulley at random and increase the speed of the rake.
4. Adjust the gap between each moving blade and the fixed blade. The gap is suitable for passing two sheets of printing paper and it can ensure that there is no friction between fixed blades. After adjustment, tighten the tightening bolts of each moving blade and fixed blade (if necessary, increase the tightening degree by increasing the length of the spanner handle). After that, lock the upper case and confirm that it is firm and reliable.
5. Before the motor is installed and the belt is attached, conduct power for a short time, check and confirm that the rotation direction of the motor (drive wheel) is the same as that of the specified cutter wheel (the reverse operation of the rake is prohibited), and then hang the belt. And adjust to make it tight and moderate.
6. Install belt guards, hay buckets and other accessories. Add the appropriate amount of lubricant to parts that need to be lubricated, such as gearboxes and bearings.
Three, pre-job preparation and inspection requirements
Before each operation, you should perform the following preparations and inspections in order. After confirming that all the requirements have been met, swarding operations can be carried out.
1Inject proper amount of oil into each oil hole. 2 Check whether the gap between moving and fixed knife meets the requirements. The problem should be adjusted according to regulations. 3 Check whether the cutter wheel, blade, frame, etc. are cracked. If any problem is found, replace the parts. 4 Check whether the fasteners of the blade and other parts are tightened and find the problem and deal with it in time. 5 Check whether the upper casing is locked and firmly and reliably find the problem and lock it in time. 6 Turn on the power supply and run it for 2 to 5 minutes to check whether the rotation direction of the rake is the same as the specified direction (in this case, the upper housing is not allowed to open). Observe whether the whole operation is stable, whether there is any abnormal sound and vibration, or if the problem is found. After exclusion. 7 Check whether the shift handle adjustment is flexible and whether the shift is accurate and reliable. If the problem is found, it should be eliminated after shutdown. 8 Check whether any hard materials such as metal or stones in the straw to be cut should be removed.
Fourth, job requirements
1. During the operation, it is forbidden to remove the belt protection cover and feeding grasshopper. It is forbidden to make and replace the feeding grasshopper whose safety protection size is less than 55 cm, and it is forbidden to open the upper housing.
2. Persons who do not have mastery of the safety rules of rakes are not allowed to work alone.
3. It is forbidden for minors and booting after spilling, sick or over-tired.
4, feeding the hands should be held in the second half of the straw after the first half into the feeding grass mouth immediately release their hands. Never put your hand into the grass feeding mouth.
5, master the amount of feed. The amount of feed should be uniform and not excessive. When the speed of the rake is reduced, the sound becomes louder, or the discharge is not uniform, and the throwing distance becomes significantly smaller, indicating that the feeding amount is excessive, it should be reduced in time.
6. If an abnormality occurs during the operation, the power should be cut off immediately. It is forbidden to check and troubleshoot the machine when it is running.
7. When the hoeing operation is stopped, the rake should be kept running for 2 to 3 minutes to blow the material inside the machine. After stopping, set the shift lever to the "stop" position.
Fifth, maintenance requirements
1. The rake should be stored in the warehouse as much as possible. Open storage should be protected against rain and moisture to prevent rust.
2. When replacing the fixed and fixed blade bolts, high-strength bolts must be used instead of ordinary fasteners.

4. The bearing should be cleaned once every six months and grease should be added.
