(A) Use of diesel precipitate after 48 hours

Practice has proved that most of the impurities in diesel fuel are soil particles, lime sand, rock dust and tiny dust. The main components of these impurities are sulfo and bauxite. If diesel is not subjected to precipitation, filtration, and other purification processes, it is directly used in the fuel system. Even small impurities enter the plunger pair, outlet valve, and injector, and they will be at high pressure and high speed like abrasives. Grind the surface of precision fasteners and destroy their finish and fit. In the long run, it will promote the deterioration of the engine combustion process, exhaust smoke, produce carbon deposition, promote engine oil engine aging deterioration, weakening the lubrication effect, thus changing the machine's technical state, affecting the engine parts work. Therefore, before diesel oil is added to the fuel tank, it is precipitated for at least 48 hours, so that most of the various particulates in the diesel are deposited on the bottom layer. When diesel oil is used about 20 centimeters from the bottom of the barrel, it should be poured into a closed container. After sufficient precipitation, take the middle and upper oil to the tank. In addition, refueling tanks, hand pumps and other refueling tools must be dedicated and should be clean, and those who have conditions should adopt closed refueling method. And add a layer of silk cloth on the refueling funnel, the fuel tank filler wire mesh filter can not be removed, in order to strengthen the filter. After the operation is completed, the fuel in the fuel tank should be filled immediately. On the one hand, the fuel should be allowed to settle in the tank, and on the other hand, moisture in the air should be prevented from condensing in the tank.

(b) Do not use the fuel in the fuel tank

When the fuel is used up, impurities in the fuel will enter the diesel coarse and fine filters, which can easily cause plugging. In addition, the low pressure oil can easily enter the air, causing the engine to start difficult, even if it can start, the speed is not stable during operation.

(3) It is forbidden to mix old and new oils

At present, in order to reduce the operating cost, a handful of operators will leave part of the waste engine oil when they replace the engine oil, and add half or a large part of the new engine oil to use. As everyone knows, this practice is not worth the candle. Because the waste engine oil contains a large amount of oxidizing materials, rubber particles and many iron filings, it will greatly shorten the life of fresh oil and exacerbate the wear rate of sports. It will not only fail to change the oil, but also cause the burning of the shaft and other machinery. ACCIDENT.

(4) Do not add deteriorating oil to the transmission

In order to save maintenance fees, some operators added waste oil in the sump to the gearbox. This is not worth the effort. Because the deteriorated engine oil contains a lot of mechanical impurities, adding the gearbox will cause the moving parts to wear faster. In addition, the addition of waste engine oil will result in the thinning of gear oil and increase the wear of gears. However, the replaced waste oil can be added to the air filter oil pan to save fresh oil.

(5) It is not allowed to use gasoline engine oil instead of diesel engine oil

The petrol engine oil has a low viscosity and is suitable for use under light loads. Diesel engine oil viscosity, suitable for heavy loads. These two kinds of oil additives and oxidation resistance are different. If they are used instead, the bearing life will be greatly reduced.

(6) The oil must be used after 96 hours of precipitation

Fresh oil contains a certain amount of mechanical impurities. Before use, it must be precipitated for more than 96 hours, and then use the upper part of the oil. In addition, it is forbidden to refuel in dusty areas, etc., and special refueling tools such as refueling tanks and hand pump must be scrubbed.

(7) The oil level of oil is not allowed to exceed the upper engraved line

The oil level exceeds the engraved line, which not only increases the oil consumption, causes burning of oil, and produces carbon deposits in the cylinder, which increases the carbon particles in the oil and accelerates the wear of cylinders and other components, shortening the service life. In addition, the excess oil is sucked into the cylinder and it is easy to produce a racing phenomenon.
