New tea storage method

No matter how good the tea is, it can easily become off-flavored if it is not stored properly. There are many causes of bad changes in tea. Temperature, humidity, odor, light, air, and microorganisms all contribute to the loss of color and aroma. Based on experience, the author provides some tips for storing new tea for reference.
Lime storage method: Use dry, closed ceramic jars, place them in a dry, cool place, wrap the tea in thin kraft paper, tie it tightly, layer the rings around the altar, and put the grey bag in the middle of the teabag. After sealing the altar, it is best to change the grey bag once every 1-2 months, so that the tea can be stored without deterioration.
Charcoal storage method: Take 1kg of charcoal into a small cloth bag and put it into the bottom of a jar or a small iron box. Then arrange the packed tea layers on it until it is full, then seal the mouth of the jar and put a bag of charcoal on it. It should be changed once a month.
Hot water bottle storage method: Put the tea in a newly purchased thermos bottle, and then seal it with white wax and wrap it with tape. This method is most suitable for keeping tea in the family.
Chemical storage method: Use a thick plastic bag, fix the oxygen scavenger on one corner, and then seal the tea bag. The oxygen scavenger can absorb the oxygen of the tea in a day or two to achieve the deoxygenation and the effect is very good. .
Refrigerated storage method: Put new tea with water content below 6% into iron or wooden tea pot, seal it with tape, put it in refrigerator, keep it cool for a long time, and keep temperature at 5°C. .
In addition, tea should be placed in a relatively well-ventilated place, and direct sunlight should not be directed at the tea pot. It's best to buy tea in one month.
