Bad habits make agricultural machinery "lose life"

In rural areas, when some operators use farm machinery, they often do not understand the maintenance techniques or some unhealthy habits cultivated in peacetime, resulting in damage to the farm machinery during use, thereby reducing the service life of the farm machinery, mainly in the following aspects: :

First, the cumulative accumulation of oil. Many engine operators do not replace the engine oil when replacing the engine. Instead, they add new oil to the crankcase, which causes the engine oil to “accumulate” continuously. This mistakenly means that it not only ensures the lubrication needs of the diesel engine, but also saves money. As everyone knows, oil after long-term use has deteriorated, impurities increased, lubrication quality decreased, at this time, even if the new oil is often added, it can not meet the oil quality requirements, resulting in accelerated wear of parts, greatly reducing the cylinder liner, piston and other machines The service life of the parts. At the same time, a large amount of impurities in the oil will adhere to the wall of the oil gallery. When it is severe, it will block the oil passage, which will result in the occurrence of failures such as shaft holding and burning of tiles.

Second, arbitrarily adjust the valve clearance. Most of the pilots do not need special tools to inspect, but judge the size of the valve clearance by shaking the feeling of the valve rocker. This will affect the work of the diesel engine. The lighter fuel consumption will increase and the engine power will drop. Impact with the valve, and even lead to bad pistons, folding rods, broken crankshaft, hit the cylinder body and other major failures.

Third, do not clean up the exhaust pipe carbon deposition for a long time. Most operators ignore the maintenance of locomotive exhaust pipes. They have not cleaned the carbon deposits of the exhaust pipes for a long time. As a result, the cross-section of the exhaust pipe is narrowed and the exhaust gas is blocked. As a result, the engine's fuel consumption rate is increased, power is reduced, and “overheating” occurs. phenomenon. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the exhaust pipe coke should be cleaned once every quarter to ensure the smooth exhaust of the diesel engine.

Fourth, the new machine will be put into load operation without running. After repurchasing a new machine, in addition to its inspection and maintenance, it must be run in strict accordance with the commissioning procedures stipulated in the manufacturer's manual. The rotational speed should be from low to high and the load should be light to heavy in order to eliminate the unevenness of the friction surface of the parts. Traces make it smooth. Some operators bought back new farm machines and did not perform test run-in directly on the machines as required, resulting in a significant reduction in the service life of the machines.

Fifth, do not check before and after the operation. Many operators do not do the same thing before and after the inspection of the work, causing the agricultural machinery parts to loosen, fall off, and even hurt the human body. Therefore, before and after the agricultural machinery is put into operation, it is necessary to carefully stop the inspection of bolts, nuts, and split pins in various parts. Loosening should be promptly tightened. Lost parts must be repaired in time. Wear-deformed parts should be repaired immediately so as to avoid minor losses.
