Name: Rice Buds Pinyin: Dooya English name: FRUCTUS ORYZAE GERMINATUS JIYUAN: This product is the mature fruit of Oryza sativa L., a grass family plant, which is obtained through germination and drying. After paddy rice is soaked in water, the proper temperature and humidity are maintained, and dried when the fibrous root grows to about 1 cm in length.
Characters: This product is a long oval-shaped fan, slightly pointed at both ends, length 7-9mm, diameter of about 3mm. Yellow outside, white fine hair, with 5 veins. There are two symmetric white strips of pulp at one end, 2-3 mm long, and 1-3 sticks of curved fibrous roots protrude from the inside of a piece of pulp, 0.5-1.2 cm long. Hard, white cross-section, powdery. Gas slightly, tasteless. Inspection: Take the bud rate and take the medicine sampling method (Appendix II A). Divide the two diagonal test pieces to about 10g. Check the number of buds and total grains and calculate the bud rate (%). The budding rate of this product must not be less than 85%.
Processing method: Rice sprouts remove impurities. The rice shoots were taken from the rice buds and fried to deep yellow according to the clearing method (Appendix II D).
