What foods should not be eaten by infants and young children

The baby's digestive ability and ability to adapt to foods are not mature enough to accept the exact same diet as adults. Some foods are not suitable for the baby to eat, and care should be taken when selecting and making foods. There are several major categories of foods that babies should not eat:

First, fried foods: such as fritters, cakes, fried cakes and so on. On the one hand, because these foods are not digestible, on the other hand, after food is fried, the loss of nutrients is more. Regular consumption of such foods is not good for your baby's health.

Second, nut foods: such as whole peanuts, seeds and a variety of beans. These foods have a high fat content and a hard texture. The baby is not easy to chew, difficult to digest, and small in size. If you don't pay attention, you may be sucked into the trachea by your baby, causing pain and even life threat to your baby.

Third, there are irritating or caffeinated foods: such as alcohol, coffee, tea and spicy foods, these things are not suitable for the baby to eat. When adults drink wine, they like to use chopsticks and wine to feed their baby. This is not appropriate. Some babies therefore also produce adult-like alcohol addiction, which is harmful to the baby's nervous system development.

Fourth, canned food. These foods often contain preservatives, and regular consumption is harmful to the human body.
