Cultivation techniques of straw mushroom in summer greenhouse

1. The mouthwash and seedbed are mainly greenhouses with vegetable production. After May and June, they will use their leisure time to produce straw mushrooms in the rest period of July and August and then produce late autumn vegetables.
After the greenhouse is cleaned, the drying area is 1 to 2 days, and the bed is 80cm wide, 10m long, and 10 to 15cm high, with a 60cm wide drainage ditch. Then, spread 1 layer of lime powder on the bed surface to sterilize, pour 1 time to saturate water and moisten, fight 800 times of dichlorvos to exterminate insects, cover the sheds, and cover the foil or shade net.
2. Production of cultivars
2.1 medium formulation Cottonseed skin 50%, straw (cut short about 3 cm) 40%, wheat bran 5%, lime powder 30%, gypsum 1%, urea 1%.
2.2 Production method First, wheat bran, cottonseed skin, straw (straw) are mixed and mixed; lime powder, gypsum and urea are dissolved in water and the pH is up to 7.50. Then the autoclave was sterilized and the outside was wrapped with a high-pressure polypropylene plastic film. After the sterilization, the temperature in the bag was lowered to below 30°C for inoculation. Using alcohol flame inoculation, first the medium scorpions, mother seeds, bacilli cotton balls, etc. are placed in the inoculation box, and 14 grams of potassium permanganate is used for disinfection for 40 minutes per cubic meter, and 3 bags are transferred per mother of the test tubes. Cultivated species inoculated. A 3 cm thick tampon is inserted in the middle of the newly inoculated medium bag mouth. The bag mouth is sealed with a layer of kraft paper and placed in a 30-35° C. culturing room for 15 days for cultivation.
3. Cultivation methods
3.1 Ingredients According to the proportion of 50 kg straw or wheat straw 7.50 kg lime powder, dubbed lime water, freshly dried straw or wheat straw, pressed into lime water and soaked for 8 to 12 hours, after absorbing enough water, remove and control slightly, screw Into the grass.
3.2 Cultivation and Sowing of Cultivation Material On the cultivation bed, use a straw to make a heap. The first layer of grass is 80 cm wide, the middle gap is filled with fresh horse dung, and it is pressed with a wooden board, then sprinkled with bran, and then Sprinkle bacteria around the grass. Spread 4 layers of grass to 3 layers of bacteria. The second and third layers of grass were retracted inwards by 10 centimeters and piled into a trapezoid with a height of 50 centimeters. The third layer was slightly more inoculum. The fourth layer was covered with only one layer of grass and immediately covered when piled up.
4. Management
4.1 After the plastic film has been covered for 3 to 4 days, cover it at night during the day, or use a wooden stick to support the plastic film until the mushroom buds are peeled off.
4.2 regulate temperature and humidity Straw mushroom species development temperature is 35 ~ 38 °C, stack temperature exceeds 40 °C when the film should be lifted ventilation. The temperature rises slowly, and when the outside temperature is low. During the day, it is necessary to uncover the warming of the straw and at the same time draw a few straws out of the heap. If the water drops by hand do not indicate that the humidity is insufficient, spray 1% urea water or fresh water into the haystack and splash water in the ditch between the beds. Increase the humidity, during the mushrooming, the temperature should be controlled at about 28 °C, the temperature should be too high to roll up the film.
4.3 Ventilation Ventilation The growth stage of bacteria can be ventilated regularly for a short period of time. During the rapid growth stage of fruiting bodies, more oxygen is needed and ventilation times should be increased.
4.4 Regulating lighting. Strong illumination is required during the formation of fruiting bodies, usually 5 to 6 days after inoculation, and some grass curtains must be rolled to increase light.
4.5 Adjusting the pH If the pH of the culture is below 7.0, 1% clarified lime water is sprayed into the material as appropriate.
5. Good harvesting and processing management. 8 to 10 days after inoculation, small buds can be seen. They are gray and white. They are densely packed around the haystacks like rapeseed. The first tidal mushroom is harvested from 11 to 12 days. Take off, do not dial down, and then continue to manage (the method is the same as before). 15~18 days after the second tide mushroom. After finishing the third tidal mushroom, the haystack can be cleared for fertilization.
To remove the impurities in the roots of the straw mushrooms, wash them in clean water and put them in boiling water at 100°C for 10 minutes. Remove and cool them, and put them in salt water in the salty water of 24 Baume degrees. Pour every 5 days. Cylinder, and cover the dust cover to keep the appearance of the product mushrooms clean.
