Industrial Application of Artificial Breeding Technology

Technical name: Application technology of artificial propagation of rouge giant salamanders: Technical points: Through broodstock purification and rejuvenation, strengthen broodstock breeding and maintain broodstock traits. Building greenhouses to increase water temperature for early propagation.
Broodstock breeding: The main use of conventional broodstock breeding method.
Artificial oxytocin: breeding season from early April to early May, water temperature 15 °C -22 °C.
The choice of broodstock: Largemouth bream (Cockroach) choose more than 2 years old, 0.5-1.5kg/tail. Sexually mature males have a strong appearance. They have long and narrow side views. They have colorful rouge. The head and body are full of pearl-like star-chasing stars. The hands touch rough feelings, and light pressure on the abdomen has milky white semen. Silver cockroach (Cockroach) choose 2 years old and above, 0.25-0.5kg/tail. Sexually mature females have enlarged and soft abdomen, prominent ovary ledges, slightly reddening of reproductive genitalia, and slight pressure on the abdomen to extrude small quantities of mature eggs.
Types and dosages of oxytocin: oxytocin drugs generally use PG, HCG, LRH-A3, LRH-A2, and DOM. Dosages: PG/2 mg/kg or DOM 2-4 mg/kg, LRH-A24-8 μg/kg, HOG 800-1200 iu/kg, thorium dose 1/2-1/3 of technetium dose.
Artificial insemination and de-adhesion: dry fertilization, de-bonding with yellow mud water.
Artificial hatching: basically the same as the regular four-masts hatching.
Technical Note: Prevent the loss of semen from male fish at a water temperature of 15°C; silver cocoons prevent spring miscarriage.
Main technical and economic indicators: The artificial breeding rate of the productive rouge giant salamander (fertilization rate, hatching rate, and emergence rate) increased from 55%, 65%, and 80% to 65%, 75%, and 85%.
Appropriate demonstration and promotion scope: Ponds, lakes and reservoirs (cage boxes) are carried out in various waters in our province, and rice can be cultured in paddy fields.
